At Lawein Jewelry, each piece is carefully inspected and prepared before it is shipped. Because our jewelry is made to order, all purchases are considered final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or changes in personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at lawein.jewelry@gmail.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Any other information we may request to assess the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded, in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

We may request that the item be returned to us for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution. If we ask you to return an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide you with return instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size selection where sizing information was provided at the time of purchase
Items that have been worn, altered, resized, repaired, or damaged after delivery
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, except where the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the transaction.
